Rose grew up in the Capital Region of New York. She graduated from Troy High School in 2012 and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University at Brockport in 2016. Rose recognized her keen curiosity for understanding behaviors, thought processes, and emotions at a young age. Like many young teens, she found herself consumed in trying to make sense of big questions and feelings that she often struggled to communicate. While she worked to navigate these big feelings, she found comfort in writing. Studying Psychology at SUNY Brockport was an easy decision for her. In addition to writing, she also enjoys reading, playing basketball, the ocean, and traveling to new places.
